I live in Fowey cornwall it would be a great place for a weekend you can camp at Penmarlam camping park it has its own slipway right onto the Fowey river there is in excess of 8 pubs/watering holes on the river plus if the tides are right one more in Lerryn and Golant also if the sea is kind a great beach/bar at Polkerris what more would you want ? im happy to answer any question about the area if you do not know it cheers

A Pond crossing might just be out of the question for me living in the US. So...alot of banter...did you blokes
ever get anything wet other than your whistles? I have done one so far this year.





The mountains of East Tennessee toward the end of May. Alot of quaffing and campfires.

tbf that lake looks tiny compared to our lake district

the weather has been truly appalling ,even by our standards, i believe the jet stream has moved slightly so were getting lots and lots of rain . though the weather man was sounding more hopefull for this weekend

i`m sure the more coastal guys have been out,but it aint no fun for me in this weather

i actually tried to take my boat out on the avon last sunday at stratford (google shakespeare lol) but found the river was closed,with them unwilling to give me a day ticket still it aint over yet

Hi all do i need to be registered to go on the River Medway at maidstone? small sib 2.7 3.3hp outboard fixed tank, and only have insurance on my 4 m sib and bigger outboard so i suppose that will not cover anything lower? or different? anyone please.
