well i bought a zodiac futura last back end hoping to set it up for this years bassin around wales ,sadly funds have failed so i put it up for sale (cheap) when i took out the garage ,i noticed about 9" each end of the speed tubes have come unglued ,i dont want to sell it unless its perfect ,so any recomendations on the right adhesive to repair it ? many thanks for any info ,ps not the speed tubes ,the cover over them that comes to a point lol

If being a pvc fabrication must use 2 part pvc glue, that's glue + hardener. If Hypalon just order Hypalon glue + hardener. Will need proper solvents to clean area you want to glue back + knowing how to glue back properly.

You want 2 part PVC glue, I use either the Polymarine or the Rib Store stuff like this. Use acetone to prep the area. Lots of 'How to' guides on Youtube.

The good news is that if its the cover that holds the speed tubes on its an easy repair, the bad news is that since this bit has gone the rest will follow quickly. I love Futura's but when they have had enough they self destuct over night

yes cheers its all very good condition ,i was going to buy the very same product so i rang ribstore to call me back but they didnt , ! either way i have ordered it but not happy with no call back , the rest of the tube cover is rock tight
