Sib Floor Board Found in the Hamble

As the title would suggest, I found one part to a sib floor in the River Hamble.

Obviously it had been in there for a while.

Has anybody lost it, or if not is it any good to anyone.

It had no makers marks and I don't recognise it (its not Avon in my view).
