SIB cover for use with davits

My old mans tender lives slung off davits on the back of his boat. Although it's kept at an angle with the bung out it still collects water.
Anyone know of a cover that has somekind of acces through it for the davits?

Generally a normal cover that has been adapted with slots closed by velcro, your local sailmaker or a big industrial sewing machine could do that.
