Where is the best place to put two rod holders? Which ones are the best to buy for a inflatable?

Buy 42 mm plastic waste pipe and fittings/fixings and fix it in the corner of the transom. Very effective and cheap. I have done this on all my boats

Cheers do you put them right down to the floor? Do you need to seal bottom of pipe to stop rod butt rubbing floor? One or two brackets?

I use 2 brackets and mine were solid floor so put them to the bottom. If you have an air floor I would leave them up a little and buy a stop end glued on for the bottom. They really are good and a
standard length of pipe is cheap and will make several

Yeah mine is air floor, great idea, I have transom wheels fitted, so not sure yet if they will be in the way, I will have to wait for my boat to arrive to see

If you put a stop end on don't forget to drill a hole in it to let water out.

Has anyone on here fitted rod holder on edge of aluminium seat, I have a couple of Scotty bases, just wonder if it's a good place to hold your rod when moving ?

And then you have issues with putting a cover on a rib for ever.

Also the OP wanted a simple cheap rod holder now you would have him spending how much on an A frame

Got 20 on my boat, not because I carry 20 rods, it's so I can place them out of the way when we hook into game fish.
