Quicksilver 380 Inflatable keel Repair

Hi,

I have noticed a joint at the rear of my inflatable keel has begin to split, which is gradually causing the inflatable keel to loose pressure.

I am looking for advice on how to repair. Please see photo attached, i know difficult to see bit its the white line just in front of the bung.

Can anyone recommend a suitable adhesive?
