Matt as a (hopefully) long term Aerotec owner interested to hear more of your "folded section" problem.

Having a couple of aerotecs before. Im sure that the build quality had lapsed a little. The fold in storage (new) had delaminated the material to a point where it was an instant decision not to accept abd return. Also the keel guard on the transon was lifting.. Only a little but again enough not to accept it as i know it would have caused problems.
It wasnt from penine marine.. Im guessing it was a friday boat!

I wonder what production year that was Matt? Thankfully the air floor they swapped was the only issue on mine and there are no packing creases.

However I did have two new Zodiac Fastrollers in 2011 that had multiple construction and material quality issues so were returned/refunded. I had the impression quality fell once Zodiac financial problems started a few years back. When I was dealing with my Aerotec floor replacement last autumn the dealers were of the opinion the new Zodiac owner wanted to pull their name back to the top where they were for quality.

Any feedback on this Sean... did the floor settle in OK when all fully inflated... or are you having to hassle the dealer for help?
