Prowave v Honwave

Looking at the Prowave 380 V deck and the Honda Honwave T38 ie

Any thoughts on which is best as they are a similar spec but the Prowave offers a 5 year warranty and they say it's suitable for towing where as the Honwave only has a 2 year warranty and Honda say not to tow.

I think the prowaves come with a lot of free gear aswell.. The one i saw had free launch wheels and a few other bits, seemed a good deal- seller on ebay.
