Just had a look at their website, and it's a little ambiguous the way they say they are the UK agents. Almost makes you think they are the sole agents. However, almost all the chandlers in my area have an account with Osculati, and most have deliveries on a regular basis, direct from Italy.

I sometimes buy from them myself, and so does a guy who works for me, for his thriving Ebay site! If I'm desperate, but don't have a large enough order for them, then I buy from Superyacht Docs.

Right, you long legged buffoon, just been in to the chandlers next door to me, and ordered one for you. He's putting an Osculati order together, and expects delivery in 2-3 weeks time.

It has gone up since I last ordered one (2006) but if your vat registered, you'll probably have change from a tenner.

I was referring to RIBs, not SIBs I don't own a SIB and didn't realise you were referring to them, I missed the SIB comment in your first post.
I see your point regarding the gauges but think your post could have been a bit more friendly.
Also explain "pretend to use one in the future" and "light nonsense answers"?
If your going to be picky over the gauges, how accurate are they, when was it calibrated and what traceability do you have?

I would guess that he meant "intend to use one" and that "light nonsense answers" would be translated here as "banter". Something like that anyway.

We've got quite a few people on RIBnet who contribute even though English isn't their first language. Go easy on them!

The one that Mr Diggler kindly sent me looks OK, although I haven't got round to matching it up with a fitting that would make it usable.

I use the Quicksilver pump which comes with a pressure gauge as standard and costs about £20 all in. It's a decent pump, and unlike some of the cheaper ones comes with a decent range of adaptors and a sensible length of air hose.
