Listen to Channel 14 to make sure nothing big is en route,
Stay in the channel
Enjoy.

As you go between Mt Edgecumbe and Drake's Island ("The Bridges") make extra sure you stay inside the channel marks or you'll rip the bottom of you boat out on the submarine spikes that lie either side of the channel.
