Hi Again,

I am looking for a reliable outboard 10ish HP short shaft with tiller. Anybody got one for sale. I have cash ready for the right engine.

hi i would be looking for £375 and would be throwing in a 9.8 long shaft merc too ,i`ve had a kill cord fitted along with the carb sorting out with a new internal fuel filter and new impellor fitted at start of this project...i`ve spent a small fortune on this even going to the extremes of buying a long shaft which i canalibilised the coils for the ss...it`s a nice powerful engine but as you can see i`m not a small bloke so wanted more power hence i`ve brought a 15 mariner and now my garage is looking like a mini chandlery... the cost covers the price of both engines and is not reflective of the pain i`ve had to get the engine into this condition, but for me it`s been a 2 stroke journey and would be a shame to leave standing in the garage ! cheers rich
