Slipway charges

Hi ,can someone put me straight,I’ve just read that some slipways on south coast require me to hold a rya power boat certificate and insurance.
I have a 4m seasearch with 20hp.

Hi Sibfun, So you bought your outboard then? What did you go for in the end? You must put some pics up of your set up.
