Odd old SIB, what is it?

I just looked at a 12ft SIB that appears to be very old. The Data plate says CANCON and it is rated for 25hp. The Valve caps have AH on them. The foot pump is wooden and brass with some German looking wording that I can`t make out. Any guesses as to what it is? I'll try to get some photos of it later. Thanks.

I suspect after reading a previous thread that the valves are Alfons Haar units.
