Need help, I know what sib I want now

I have the 4m air deck and 5hp Honda engine. It seems the allu deck takes a bigger engine than the air deck? But it the electric start and center console that won me over, and I assume engine can stay on boat while towing trailor? Whereas it cant on the airdeck?

The package in the link is just what im after, but then there is the avon adventure 410 which is a proper rib. What do you all reckon, ill sell my package and would like one of the above in used condition before the season starts.

If I was happy to use a trailer (which I'm not) I'd have a small RIB over a SIB any day, the massive advantage of the SIB is its portability but beyond that they have almost no advantages over a small RIB, perhaps with the exception of the SIB usually being cheaper to buy new or used.

Others may not be that keen on the fairly shallow V on the Avon adventure but if I was looking for a small RIB I'd not be against them, I've had a huge amount of safe fun in nippy smallcraft with far "worse" profiles.

What he said - pointless getting effectively the hassle of a RIB with all the disadvantages of a SIB.

A 4m Searider would make so much more sense and leave a SIB for dead.

I know the rib is by far the better option, but also costs 5x as much. I will just be buggering around on Southampton water.

Unless I missed a point in there somewhere - that doesn't sound right? Should be only a little more expensive if you buy wisely.

I know the website is bad, it did link to ebay once, but seems to be fooked.

A new honwave around 1k, the adventure just under 4k new. Had a few now, but think figures are thereabouts

So the Honwave went to £3100 (not met reserve), easier to look at the original Ebay listing...

This is where I get stuck, I have a 18' bowrider with mercruiser 3.0 onboard to sell, going much shorter and less powerful but it cost more

Ohhhh, that's nice, grey SR4 + old school Mariner 50, woooooooshhh and then some.

I've been looking at an f.rib, plenty on here about them..
That way you have the rigidity of a small rib but the fold away option of a sib...
They chop through the water, and depending what size you get they'll take anything upto a 25hp I think.
If I was to swap my Honwave 3.8ie, it would deffo be a f-rib 360 or 375
