My new project. Avon FRB 380

Picked this up today.

What do people rekon? I plan to tidy up the tubes and transom, and fit a 15hp 2 stroke. Just ordered some rib-revive from ribshop. I got alot of scrubbing to do.

Photos after a quick wash with fairy liquid.

Anyone know how to tell age from the seriel number?

Looks like fun!

Should be last 2 digits are year, though not sure it works like that on the newer stuff.

If thats the case, then the seriel number makes it 1990. Which sounds about right.

Yeh, was a bargain! Started sorting out the transom this evening. My bottle of rib revive should arrive tommorow, so hopefully it'll look even better tommorow evening.
