I'm really taken with the idea of a SIB club. Collective enjoyment and like-minded enthusiasts to help in times of trouble. We returned from 10 days in Windermere only a few weeks back and the Lakes are a great escape. In-fact it was this holiday that inspired me to get our latest SIB and o/b.

My partner and I are planning on doing the 'Avon' next July. Riverside accommodation in/near Stratford is stupidly expensive, but found a lovely B&B in Fladbury in Pershore with own launch @ 70 for a twin room per night. She's only slightly-built though and navigating the locks would worry me, unless anyone else were interested?

Have a great time all <jealous>.

Brendan.
