Should have included this in my last post:

If you want a rundown on pumps (either manual or electric), river rafting supply companies often have pretty good opinions on various types and models.

Here're a couple (US based):

http://www.nrsweb.com/shop/product_list.asp?deptid=1114

http://www.clavey.com/pumps.html

A local shop will likely have info more pertinent to your locale (availability, etc.)

Ive got this pump-i used to use it on my Bombard aerotec, and it pumped it up a treat in min's - including the floor to 11.2psi.
Its got an automatic cut off, so when it reaches the pressure that you set it to, it stops , so no need to worry about overdoing it.
It has definately been the best 100 ive spent on the boat.

I've got an LVM inflator which does a good job, but it's not the best choice if you have an air floor. If I had known about the Bravo BST I would definitely have bought one - in fact I still might!

I have got sooo many pumps it is a running joke in the family!
I to came round to my senses & bought a Bravo BST 12HP to add to the collection! Well what a waist of time all the rest are compared to this bit of kit, I would give it 10 out of 10!

Completely agree

Amazing bit of kit - wish I'd bought one years a go!

Have been using the above for the last year, cannot fault it.
I have installed it in the console with 1" ducting leading for and aft (In the bilges)thro a "Y" connection valve. Powered by onboard 12v via surface mount switch.
Top ups and toy inflation all at the flick of a switch, very easy and very quick.
Interchangable inflation heads thro` (Garden hose male / female snap fits) (Hoselocks I think they are called)fitted to the end of the 1" flexi ducting.

Bought a second one for other uses, but having dificulty locating a 240v to 12v drawing 9 amps (Small size)

I also bought one of those Bravo pumps. Bloody outstanding. Paid $150 bucks in the USA inc. shipping.
