Inflatable canoe

I've been thinking about an inflatable canoe to use on quiet rivers and drains.
The problem is that they don't seem to be built like my sib: they are canvas outers with pvc internal bladders. Yuk! Does any firm make them with normal construction? Don't mind if it's pvc or Hypalon.

I have 2 advanced elements inflatable kayaks (dragonfly xc, 2 men) and I have to say they are superb. They are at the upper end of the price you will pay for one but I think worth it (roughly £400 each). It has an inner PVC lining and an outer canvas style cover that is very durable, I have ran quite a few rocky rivers with no issues. I use them when away in my camper.

Decathalon sometimes have them on offer but quite a few online retailers also do them.

They are the construction that you mention but don't let that put you off. I find them very comfortable to paddle as they are not hard and afford good back support. I have used htem for 3 years with no obvious signs of wear. In fact the first one I bought second hand and the sticking started to fail and after an email to the company they sent me a new outer cover for the price of shipping so top top company to buy from!

I think Ian Parkes had a hypalon one-might be worth asking him where he got it and what make it is.
