ideal boat

i am looking for a ideal boat for myself!
i want it to be a solid floor, v hull and a good reliable boat?
i will be buying second hand so price probabily will be low.
i will be using it for fishing and having fun with a few people.
also not to big 3.2 at the most
any ideas? regards
