Classic hypalon vs pvc exchange. Would anybody like to expound on PC vs Apple

Just in case anyone looks to this thread for actual info regarding how to directly determine if material is PVC or Hypalon it might be good to mention that MEK when wiped on PVC will substantially soften the material surface while having little if any effect at all on hypalon. Tolulene will soften the hypalon while not having much effect on PVC. Gemini makes a fab boat, sure you'll have years of great service in this. If done correctly the repairs are easy to do and stand up, even on the older boats. Enjoy!
