help identifying zodiac sib

Hi Guys I'm new to this site. I can see there are a lot of very knowledgable people on here.

I am planning a full restoration of my new Zodiac sib but I'm stuck at the first hurdle. I have no paperwork and there is no plate on the transom that identifies the boats model or construction material.

I have removed the rotten floor and intend to sand down the tubes and flooring to re-glue them however I don't know the model or age

Can anyone tell from the attached photo ?

Cheers, Dave

Looks like a Mark 1c from early-mid '70s. The tubes look like they are in excellent condition.

Wow, I'd never have thought that it could be that old. The tubes as you say are in excellent condition. the whole underside of the boat hardly has a scratch on it either. It's just the rotten glue on the floor that needs replacing. Ill google mk 1c and see what I can find out.

I'm keen to doccument the restoration so any more info on this particular boat would be greatly appreciated.

By the way... Is there a particular thread where I could doccument all the work that I'm doing. You know... like a before and after story ?

Cheers, Dave

Ive done a bit more searching, and I recon it could be a Zodiac Grand Raid MK 2 (1980's).
Which would lead me to belive that it is constructed from neoprene hypalon.

Any more help an advantage at this stage, cheers

To determine the model, just measure the length of a line from the nose to a line connecting the tips of the cones.
