Those dog beds look decent, although I don't know if they're high density? Might be a bit squishy.
These look fairly decent - Non Slip Vinyl Play Mat | implay

I bought some yoga mats last year but they weren't really thick enough. They were the thickest I could find at 15mm.
Any photos of your Y class mat Max?

Cheers

I had this in my thundercat. Closed cell foam flooring about 1.5' thick, works a treat! Weighs nothing too covered the whole floor and just cut holes for the fuel tank straps

Thanks for the help guys,
all good ideas, that Y-class stuff looks the business, very thick.
There's a sheet of closed cell high density foam on ebay just now, looks a bit like what Lukes got there. Think I'll buy that and cut it to size, much cheaper than new stuff too.

Cheers

We use the uva utility matts from Cannon on the floor of our rib. They lock together like a jigsaw, but I have cable-tied them also. Super light & cheap! look on ebay. Lasted 3 years so far!

Maybe search for 'horse matting' too - the foam type not thin rubber.
