First Honwave outing

As the title says, just back from our first outting for a couple of hours in our honwave t32 airdeck with bf15 outboard and i have to say ........ WOW that was flipping good fun!! Hope the weather is good tomorrow for our first "proper" run!

Was going genttle(ish) on the motor but it certainly feels fast and thank you all for your info and tips..... I think i may be hooked!

Yep it's a great feeling out in a new or new to you outfit. SIBs are very close to the action and can be quite exciting at modest speeds.... well modest by RIB speeds.

I know its not really that fast but when you have only ever kayaked it certainly feels fast. The big plus is my little lad really enjoyed it so it gets him off the internet and into the outdoors! Plus it gave my wife kittens with him stood at the front captain stlye giving the orders (while my other half clung to the back off his life jacket for dear life even though he was well braced and holding tight).

Best money ive spent in a good while and will be encouraging friends to join the madhouse.
