Day out in the Solent
Took the Tohatsu 420 over to Cowes yesterday from Warsash (thanks to Ian at C2 Ribs for the advice) for our first trip on the Solent. Lunched at anchor near the Folly Inn on the Medina, then cruised round to Osborne bay for a spot of ringoing! The boat handled really well throughout and even got some airtime on the larger waves! The Tohatsu 20 hp was more than up to the job of towing rthe ringo. Great day out for 6 litres of petrol!

I was over west wight last weekend, really nice place if the weather is right.

Great it went so well, you clearly picked the best day as Sunday was wild with thousands of boats at The Cliiper Race making the wind , tide and Solent a real messy place to be
