Had a good look at the boat & engine setup at the weekend & using a couple of slipways as we did I really think it will work.

I haven't seen a C-Tug up close but from the pictures & dimensions that Chis posted I recon it will work just fine for us.

If I get one I'll post pictures of the setup etc

I've just ordered a C-Tug for 79.95 delivered - I'll get some more webbing to adapt the strap for our SIB once it arrives.

I'll post results once I've given it a try...thanks Chris & John for all the advise

I got my C-Tug at the end of last week & tried it this weekend - works great with the boat & engine as I'd hoped & it's very manouverable...I need to get the straps sorted properly now with a side release clip (got some longer 40mm webbing as the supplied straps are only short) but my wife will get the sewing machine on the case for this!!

I'm Very pleased with the purchase & less than half the price of the Honwave specific transom wheels

I'll post some pictures when I get on the water again next.

C-TUG website

Found better website for the C-TUG at www.c-tug.ca from Canada. Spoke to the lady there and apparently they sell quite a few for RPB's, small sailing boats, the little aluminum fishing boats etc. When I have time I will check it out and let you know.

Looks like a useful site...I'd certainly recommend a C-Tug for smaller inflatables (we have a 3.2m sib) if you don't want to go for transom wheels - you might just need to be a bit careful over uneven ground due to the wheelbase
