Bravo high pressure battery pump

Looking for one of the battery pumps to inflate to 11.4psi for the Aerotec floor.

Anyone looking to sell, or point me in direction of a vendor who has them in stock?

If you are not aware, the battery versions were/are based on standard 7.5ah 12v seal gel lead acid batteries that are widely avail about for £20 or so.

I got a battery version and this battery is held within a double skinned base. I paid about £30 premium over the non battery version which was worth it for a convenient all-in-one unit. However, i have seen some battery options for significantly more, so a DIY option may be a very economical alternative.

Key when doing this is don't leave your headlights and radio on while pumping up the boat.....or you never hear the end of it...

No, we no longer stock the BST due to reliability issues.

Nowhere on that link can I see reference to it being the HP version that you are looking for.

There is a newer version out now.

Give Pacer Marine a call, not everything is on their website. I got my BST 12 HP Batt from there within the last year, for less than the price of the (non HP?) you linked to.

As I said earlier, inside that black box that is screwed to the base, is simply a 7ah gel battery which is simply connected to shortened version of the croc clip wires of the non battery version. For £20 and couple of spade connectors, you can convert non batt version to batt version.

FWIW, I use a generic battery powered pump, very cheap which inflates most of the boat, then I use a foot pump to get to maximum operating psi, it may be slightly slower but it works incredibly well, and has indeed done so for years.

Glad I never tried that then.

Used the boat again on Saturday, pumped it up with the foot pump - it wasn't a great drama.

Managed to open up the throttle, it will just creep onto the plane with me and two young kids on board.

Still on the look out for that elusive 15-20hp outboard....

You must have tried a different Pacer Marine. The Pacer Marine that I use is a family run business where everyone is always helpful and prices very competitive to point that when I was buying, having shopped around, it was nice to find cheapest/one of cheapest being so convenient to me. Hence, reason I suggested trying Pacer, as my battery Bravo was bought about £20 cheaper than I had found anywhere else.

I guess everyone has their own experiences, but mine is based on at least a dozen visits and not a one off where you first stumble across the janitor or youth opportunity worker.

Fare enough Ian but I live 8 miles away and have been there numerous times. They always seem too busy to serve, even if I'm the only customer and then it seems an effort. I thought it was just me but my buddy says the same thing.

Hi, i got mine here info@arts-outdoors.de, for 169 euros plus 10 euros shipping, i bought the wall plug as well(15 euro) but they only have euro plug chargers so might be better off getting a UK version, great service and i happy with the pump, dont forget you will need the HP version for inflatable hull, hope that helps

It was delivered in 3 days by DPD with a tracking number and timed delivery slot, i looked for ages trying to find one in the UK and gave up.
