Avon Rover Glue advice
Hi.
Ive recently bought a winter project
Its an Avon rover R3-80 which is in need of a some re glueing but im not sure what to use. I need to glue the tube back onto to the Transom and would also like to glue a patch over the transom to reinforce it.
Will Bostik 2402 do the trick
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Boat-Glue-Hypa...5#ht_917wt_654
Or a pvc glue
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Two-part-PVC-a...e#ht_500wt_901
Thanks for any help

the first one should do the job, the PVC one will be useless on the avon because it is hypalon (i think)

Yeah, it's hypalon. Bostik 2402 is the way to go. That transom looks warped though and delaminating a bit. I'd be tempted to stick a new one in.
