Ali floor bent in SIB

I have a 4.5m SIB with an Ali Floor. Today I set it up on its trailer and after inflating it all etc I noticed the floor was bent... it bends towards the front but it is only a very small bend, still noticable by eye though! I collapsed it again and set it up again and it still has the same problem! Its never done this before, and it is all set up correctly. Will this be a problem when out on the water?

Do you mean one section has a curve or there is a few degrees of "lift" at each joint producing a sort of curve? Do you have side stringers?
