which grease?

hey folks,

which grease do you guys use on your trailers? Im looking for something that comes in a cartridge as im sick of making a mess trying to fill my existing one!

Castrol SX2 which is a waterproof grease designed for open gears on deck machinery, comes in 400g cartridges.

or go to John deere tractors and get the same stuff half price,(grease Guard Plus) I normally pay 4.99 ish for the stringy blue stuff that evinrude sell for a tenner

Just make sure you match the soap bases if you use different grease brands. Lithium is the most popular, but some manufacturers use Aluminum Complex, as it tends to be a bit more water resistant. Those two in particular don't play nice together.
