The Best might not be what you need.
Ask your insurance company if they have a list of clamps they accept, as having one of those will make the differance between them paying out or not.

I would recomend Bulldog Trailclamps. They are specifically designed for trailers and have a large disc that covers the wheel nuts. They come in different sizes so it is important to get the right model for a specific wheel size. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!!!!!!!

Yes...
When I asked, the insurance company said any clamp that is certified as "Sold Secure"...there's quite a few with variations on size, price, complexity and how easily they can sever fingers of the unwary. Guess which I've got

If you've got bearing savers fitted (as I have), about the only 'Sold Secure' one that I could find that doesn't leave the all wheelnuts exposed is the SAS clamp that fits over a single wheelnut.

Is this the one you mean Nos.
I had to get an extension barrel that fits over the wheel nut but it does the job, just don't lose the allen key.

That's the one. All the ones with a centre plate leave it possible to get the wheel off with a spanner when it's spaced out 4" by the bearing savers.

Read a lot of good reviews from the caravan fraternity.
(I removed a cast locking hitch with an angle grinder - so as has been said here, satisfy your insurance company requirement!)
