Clenching an arse that big should ensure that you have enough grip on the seat not to come off in the first place.

2 people up, 180litres of fuel and the boat does about 53mph.

When loaded this drops but not by much. At the weekend we where 6 people up, 4 sets of dive gear plus 180litres of fuel and pulled 45mph.

I have carried 10people & 8 sets of gear when we had to assist another boat, and flat out was pulling 40mph.

Thanks to all the advice. At the weekend when I experienced the problem, I assumed the nose was light and moved decktanks forward and filled them. Added a few weight belts and a cylinder and was sorted. Problem fixed.

Also I found the best way to stop wobbles was to let the car slow down under its own steam when the wobble started ... soon sorted it.
