Trailer Measurement - Bramber - Ribeye

Hi

Am hoping someone might be able to help, have recently joined the RIB world with a Ribeye 600 have got some trailer maintenance to do after an eventful delivery trip 100 miles away.

Stupidly I took lots of photos but I forgot to measure the width of the trailer so I do not know what size of u-bolts to buy

It is a ribeye 600 on what looks like the original bramber trailer - does anyone have one and know what the width of the main bar down the middle of the trailer is - I need to know what width of u-bolt to buy so I can attach a new winch post

I would measure mine but it is 100 miles away and I cannot get up there before I am up on holiday and am hoping to be able to launch the boat (for the first time!) during that holiday.

Thank you!

Recent Bramber ,snipe and even rapide (i think) use an awful 80mm square Knott hitch so steel is 80mm box ,way bigger than it needs to be for most of the more popular 1300kg and 1500kg trailers ,if its older it may be 60mm or 70mm however i think 60mm these days is just a seventy square box with another tenner for an adapter
