Superb fun, from this i conclude either:

a) I can't reverse a trailer

or

b) This is quite unrealistic

Sadly, I reckon it is quite realistic. The reactions are anyway, even if the viewpoint is slightly unorthodox!

It (only!) took me about ten goes to park my caravan. As with a real trailer, the key is to taking it very slowly, and stopping to think if it starts to go wrong . . .

The next stage, once we've all wasted a day or two practising, will be to race each other against the clock. Anyone bringing a laptop to Plymouth?

Must speak to the T-shirt people about some RIBnet anoraks . . .

I can’t do it. Mind you in reality when I hit things reversing. The car stops rather than just going over it.

Come on KH....

are you really sure that you want to put your SIB on a trailer?

I think that I'm going to have to go on one of those trailer handling courses.

The only trailer I've ever had a problem reversing is one where the towing vehicle was steered with the rear wheels, and the (four wheel) trailer had front steering - so to have to struggle with a b----y computer image ! As John said, I think it's accurate - unfortunately.

There must be something wrong with me (now he tells us), I can do the reversing on the computer but not in real life!
