toyota hilux

We are considering buying a new toyota hi lux at work, where is a good place to start looking?

I am thinking that it needs a few extras such as towbar, covered back and be the double cab manual model with the 2,5ltr Diesel.

thanks dave

Dave, I know I'm stating the obvious, if your buying a NEW Hi Lux, perhaps the best place to look would be your local Toyota dealer ??

I've got a 3.0 Invinsible, we also have a new 2.5, if I were you I wouldn't bother with the 2.5 if you are doing much towing, the 3.0 is a different beast all together.

We bought our Invinsible from Finnies 4x4

The 2.5 came from Pickups Direct.

We got ours from Struans toyota they did a good deal for us. +1 for the 3.0 wouldn't even look at the 2.5 am told it's underpowered. Ours is good on fuel too bout 34-38 mpg.

Thanks very much guys, I will start with my local toyota dealer but its always useful to have contact with a few other dealers to see what offers are available.

Useful info about the 3lt rather than the 2,5.
