The V10 Touareg is available on a 05 or 55 for well under 20k, and the equivalent RR is 7 -10k more than that, and I know which one I would have if they were even the same price!

Fair enough cookee, but your talking to a landrover man here, common sense doesnt come into it Everyone thought i was mad when i chopped up that ISUZU trooper to put the engine in the landrover. anyone with an Oz of common sense would have driven around in the trooper

Once saw a Landy Series 2a pull a petrol tanker round a hairpin bend and up the hill from Mawgan Porth Beach

Ive got disc brakes all round on my series2 oh and 5 speed box and 2.8TDi

Obviously I'm not trying to convert a Land Rover fan (I used to live fairly close to the factory and converted a 1973 Rangie into a Daker buggy) - just trying to point out that the car I own has it's merits when looking at tow vehicles.

As for the resale value of Range Rovers - I really can't explain the difference at all

Didn't let Annika Rice drive it did you???

Often fancied one of those myself - the Daker that is!!!
