The first ebay link says twice that they aren't recommended for use with trailers or caravans & that the reason is the distance between them.
The second doesn't say anything about it.
But if you check the 'business seller address' at the very bottom of both listings it looks the same & is in China so I'd suggest they are probably the same electronics & 'caveat emptor' applies.
I'd want an email confirming that they will work with a trailer & a full refund will be forthcoming if they don't.

Installed today the „Tiremoni“ which comes with 6 sensors .
The distance to the trailer is not an issue - pressure &!temperature are displayed for all 4 wheels .
Tomorrow I’ll tow my RIB 1500km down to France and will see how the system works .
The sensors are sealed with an o-Ring .
Today O launched the boat in fresh water and didn’t take the sensors off .
So far they are working ..
