Solid Tyres?

Has anyone found a way to fill there tyres with something to make them solid. I have been plagued over the years with slow punctures, its only a yard trailer moving about 25m at a time so no safety issues. Tried getting inner tubes for them without any success, even the puncture repair gunk only lasts a few months.

Ideas?

Andy
