legal towing

can someone tell me is there a legal requirment for the colour of a prop bag, will any hi vis colour be ok?

Most are orange.
But I was under the impression if you light board projects further than the outboard sticking out then you dont need a prop bag.

Think it's the sharp projection part of the law that the bag has to go on
as your allowed a small overhang beyond the lights something like half a metre,

Regards colour anything that stands out if it's a projection beyond the lights but for covering up a sharp not beyond the lights even a black bucket would do,
