Try to make up one good spare unit out of what you strip off and keep it in the spares box, or......make up a mount that carries the spare hub bolted to the trailer, this in turn holds the spare wheel.

Agree with last tango, et al, that looks like a standard 1" taper roller bearing hub, with 4 x 3/8" studs on a 4" PCD.
