Is it a GKN trailer, as in an ex-military one, like a Sankey?

No it is an Area Trailer from RSA France. I finally get the bearings out. It was a cartige with a double row angular contact bearings from SBC...
SBC stand for Shangaï Bearings Corporation... :-(. After a year of usage, the plastic cages are destroy, external cup/race are marked, chinese quality !

The good thing is that it is very easy to put the new cartrige in place and no setting :-). Of course the new cartirge is not going to be from Shangaï ;-)

Cheers

In truth, some of the Chinese bearings are pretty good quality these days. At least from what I've seen. I'm sure there are still some cheap ones coming in as well, but "Made in China" doesn't necessarily mean "not suitable" any more.
