E.T.R.T.O. standards manual
I am looking for a download for a E.T.R.T.O. standards manual, this stands for "European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation". Has any heard of this or had dealings with it

It is due to one of our trailers been stoped by VOSA, its a 1000kg kg trailer but the tyres are rated to 460kg each. VOSA have said that the tyres need upgrading to be legal but the manufacturer have said that acording to ETRTO standards, you can add 10% to the tyre rating because they should not exceed 60mph but I can not find a copy of this.

Rang the manufacturer for a copy of this to be greated with "you will have to buy a copy", they have now faxed me a copy of the relating page of it but would be handy to see the full manual
