Happy New Year to you too.

Lunasea got a bit of a run, spent about 35 hours straight running from Botany Bay to Sydney Harbour, then through the ocean again to Wattamalla to recover next to the waterfall.

Have to agree about over spec with the trailer especially if you will be doing highway miles.

well the boat weighs 1200kg with about 1/4 tank of juice.

going to get this, gives me plenty of overhead for bits and bobs.

EXT1900 : Extreme Trailers, Engineering for the 21st Century

thanks for opinions peeps, i was expecting it to be much closer to 1500kg so panic over.

cheers

SBS=Alko sealed bearings
I spoke to the Indespension rep at Southampton Boat Show, they are moving to sealed bearings later this year.

Can't honestly see your problem, I've had both types of bearings over the years & prefer the Alko sealed type.

If you specifically wanted taper roller bearings you could go with DeGraaff -
SB1800 boat trailer
