figure 5k for tubes alone, another few thousand on motor work. So thats close to 10,000 without adding in Anything else.

I've seen the boat. 10,000+ for tubes is correct, 2K+ for a bracket 15-20K for new power... fuel tanks? wiring? etc. The current engine is a write off. It also has a very rough repair to previous bow damage.
