Hi. Are the tubes PVC or hypalon?

The tubes are made of hypalon. I would rate them an 8 out of 10 for their age. No fading or discoloration and none of the seams are pealing up. The rub rail has been repaired poorly in two spots, but it is only cosmetic, and could be rectified if someone took the time to re glue them (2 one foot sections).
