is this allowed to be sold outside of the us? not interested just remeber from a while back when a friend was looking at hummer engines their was something weird with the export rules on it

I think if it is ex US milliteray gear then you need to be a US citizen or any nation that the US are trying to sell gear to.

A few years ago if your name was Saddam Hussein or Osama bin ladden then you could have bought the boat, along with the bombs and missiles that were being sold by the US

You can buy it but 1st have to apply for an export licence and sign an end user agreement promising not to sell it on to anyone with a big beard
