Man you can pull alot of trailer with that bad boy.

I have owned 2 diesel ford pickups, here is pic of current 2005
I assume you are aware of the issues that the 6.0 PSD has had in the U.S
Have done most of the mods to my 6.0 motor and she runs great now.

Lots of info available on the 6.0 PSD.
If interested try searching, 6.0 PSD common issues. Lots of powerstoke diesel forums also.
6.0 can be a good motor but I would at least look into some of the mods.

Would be interested in learning what ones to prolong her life, if you can find the time to go through a few drop me a email at. Info@customrib.com, would be nice to find a reliable line for spares as well, these motors are quite rare over here and spares are just as rare, I may be able to return the favour with boat bits and knowledge etc

There's a egr bypass thingy which buggers up and dumps steam into the exhaust and in some cases cause head gasket failure, so I read, they make bypass kits which aint dear, and that's about it I hope, the other poster guy seems to have his finger more on the pulse than I do, but it won't take me long to finger it all out, looking for a small hiab to go behind the cab, if I'm going to drive a lorry I might as well go the whole hog

A favourable oversight though, not like you actually forgot that you bunged in a 1.4 litre Fiesta engine a year ago!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wants to be about a ton or ton and a half. But more importantly, it's got to go down behind the cab

I see what you mean about 6.7? I need to accurately identify this lot so I can get the right spares when I need them. I'll have a look at engine plates etc get to the bottom of it
