They were sweet cars. nippy little mothers...Unfortunately mine was the only car I have ever crashed. ouch! It was only 3 months old.

Re rust I have a Delta HF turbo that has been disintegrating for the last 3 years I need to do something about...like scrap

I am surrised that considering how bad they are at rusting and how good they are at motoring that nobody makes a kit car based on a Delta. C'mon Codders tell me thay do make an old man happy!

Ciao

I'd imagine a bit like the scene in a certain Police Academy film.

I remember those. The most off putting thing was the name Fulvia. Sounded like a vaginal deoderant.

Nothing wrong with a 75 - still have mine!!! When that Alfa SZ first came out I thought it was hideous but it has grown on me a lot since then - I think it was just way ahead of it's time which reminds me....

Anyone remember the Talbot Matra Rancho? Probably the World's first "softroader". Eat your heart out Rav 4!!!

It was way ahead of it's time but sadly not even a 4x4 - then again how many people who own such vehicles ever need it?

Had a friend with one. Bit darker orange than that. Good looking vehicle for its day.

Heres a better looking one.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned the Golf GTI , I have owned many of the cars taked about there but only more than one golf .
Sorry I lied had 2 minis and 2 alfsuds .

wish I still had my last golf the last of the Mark 1 campaign model with the P slot alloys .
also had a tuned scirocco with full bilstien suspension it would get both needles on the stop peaking at about 130 mph .
Never really had a dream car only a dream bike GPZ900r brand new in 84 no car could get near that for me .
