Awesome - maybe not better but a LR could do it just as well.

Remember often the smaller vehicles are the best - I would love to see one of those try to drive some of the mountain tracks in Northern Yemen - they would fall off!!!

The Unimogs in that video looked to be much more capable of negotiating the terrain than the Tatras. Then again, the Unimogs use solid axles with geared hubs, whereas the Tatras did not use solid axles. If those Tatras used 4 solid axles for those eight wheels, they'd be far more capables than the independant suspension setup that they use.

Agreed - beam or portal axles are best offroad - not so nice on it though!!!

Where is that slip in the photo? Looks like one of our local lakes in Arizona.
Lake Pleasant which is 1/2hr drive from my house and 12 miles long has a 10 lane ramp and a 4 lane ramp. Fees are $10 per day or about $110 per year.
Includes a shuttle van to take you to and from ramp to parking area. However it can get crowded at weekends.
