No worries, bare in mind, early d3's had issues, many faults resolved after 06 and I'm lead to believe after 08 they are pretty trouble free ( two main dealers told me this ) , hence I went for a late vehicle .

Its all pointing to a 08 or if I can find an angle in the trade a 09 plate car.
Time to find an angle!!

Update
Agreed a deal in principle with Shukers Land Rover in Ludlow yesterday on the phone. So its not black, but 2008 Buckingham Blue HSE with Alpaca leather.
Going up country to have a look this afternoon
