air brakes on a Pajero

Any body know if anybody makes a compressor and brake controller that I can stop my air braked trailer with. The trailer has got it's own air tank

I know Land Rovers have had this fitted as an option not sure if it by their own special vehicle division or by a third party. Usually fitted to brake trailers over 3.5t. If you give Codders a prod I'm sure all the info will flood in broadband style - I've had a touch too much scotch to be of any use to anyone know.

I know that Matt Savage does a mod for Lanhies but I wanted to put it on a reliable vehicle. I'll call big Jono see if he knows a solution

i doubt it very much. Don't forget I don;t want a solution for a Landie I want one for a proper 4 * 4..

I had the misfortune of borrowing one to tow a car trailer with a Mondeo on it - oh my God is the kindest thing I can say.............

I also happen to know of 3 people who have them and they are always off road - cos they have broken again!!!

Cracked heads - auto troubles and alternators seem the most common. If you MUST have a Jap 4x4 get a Toyota Landcruiser - now they ain't bad.
